Step 1: Login to MySpace and on your user page click on "View My Profile".
Step 2: Look at the address bar and get your friendID number, as shown in the highlighted area below.
Step 3: Copy and paste the numbers (should be no more than 10 numbers) below.
After this, select "Yes" if you would like to have the scrollbars around friends and comments, if not just leave it at No and click on "Create my comment box". Put code at the bottom of "Who I'd Like To Meet".
